Self-Performed Work and Small Projects
Originally conceived and formed in support of our project management/construction management activities, Haas Construction Management’s trade group has flourished both as supporters of these activities and as an independent group of expert craftsman capable of consistently performing top quality work in a multitude of situations.  To compliment this group of craftsmen, Haas Construction Management has a number of construction general conditions personnel on staff that specialize in keeping our own jobs and the jobs of our clients clean, safe and organized.

Whether operating as directly contracted tradesmen or as a group utilized to facilitate successful and timely completion of our project management, general contracting or construction management activities, our staff personnel are held, and hold themselves to the highest standards of quality.  We strive to be the best in the field. 

Because we have expert field personnel on staff, our project management clients are able to rest assured that their projects will never be held up due to inadequate performance by any particular subcontractor since, in this case, our own field personnel are capable of stepping in to keep the project on track.

Having the capabilities to self-perform work also allows Haas Construction Management to complete smaller projects (where a multi-tier general contracting agreement is not required, practical or economically feasible) with our own forces thereby keeping the cost and complexity of these projects to a minimum.
