Quality
Our organizational views on quality are clearly defined.  Although we will work with an owner to appropriately modify a project design to meet the budgetary requirements, we will never compromise on the quality of our work.  We firmly believe that the quality of our work is evident long after a project is completed.  As such, we will not allow a lesser quality project to occur. 

Safety
Similar to our views on quality, safety is not an issue on which we will compromise.  All personnel on projects run by Haas Construction Management are required to abide by our comprehensive safety policy.  It is our goal to avoid all injuries on our projects and provide a safe working environment for all persons on our projects.

Price
Because we understand the nature of construction costs, we recognize the need to keep our pricing structure competitive.  Because of our uncompromising stance on quality, it is our belief that the best way to maintain a competitive advantage is by maintaining maximum efficiency.  By utilizing our project management skills along with talented and well equipped field personnel, we are able to provide competitive pricing while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Insurance
Haas Construction Management continuously maintains liability insurance which is appropriate and suitable for a general contractor.  We maintain worker’s compensation insurance in accordance with all applicable governmental requirements.  All company owned vehicles are appropriately insured.  We also ensure that all subcontractors/individuals on our sites maintain similar, appropriate insurance.  Our clients need not be concerned that their assets are at risk due to improper insurance coverage.

Licensure
Haas Construction Management is a licensed contractor in the State of New Jersey.  Our license number is 13VH02513100.
